Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Standards Test:
- 100 meters race: Male – 16 seconds; Female – 18 seconds
- 800 meters race: Male – 3 minutes 45 seconds; Female – 4 minutes 45 seconds
- Long Jump: Male – 3.5 meters (3 attempts); Female – 3 meters (3 attempts)
- Shot Put (7.26 kg): Male – 4.5 meters
Interview/Personality Test: 150 marks
